About the New Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Redesigned just last year, the Chevy Silverado 1500 boasts some additional updates for the 2020 model-year. Those updates include a new trailering system and added tech features, among others. Being Daytona, FL-area Chevrolet dealers, we’re proud to tell you that the Chevy Silverado 1500 is offered in no less than eight trims and several cab/bed configurations. You’ll notice five different powertrains as you get to know the new Chevrolet Silverado 1500. When the truck is properly equipped, it has a best-in-class tow rating of 13,400 pounds.
As you probably guessed, the truck’s standard and available features vary by trim level. Although the higher trims have more standard equipment, the base WT trim is still a well-appointed pickup. The base model comes with a seven-inch touchscreen, the Chevy brand’s Teen Driver system, a USB port, and Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration.
Custom and Custom Trail Boss Trims
In addition to the features on the WT model, the Custom trim comes with front tow hooks, heated mirrors, and cruise control. The Custom Trail Boss trim adds the features in the Z71 off-road suspension package along with the equipment in the trailering package.
LT and RST Models
LED headlights and a tailgate damper are standard on the LT trim. This trim also replaces the seven-inch touchscreen with one that’s an inch bigger. The RST model tacks on a power-locking tailgate, lighting in the bed, and remote start.
LT Trail Boss and LTZ Trims
When you contact our Chevrolet dealership near Orlando, FL, we’ll tell you that the LT Trail Boss model has a dual exhaust that’s sure to turn heads. The LTZ trim adds a trailer brake controller, multiple 120-volt outlets, and leather upholstery.
High Country Model
We’re proud to tell you that the High Country model is outfitted with some standard advanced safety equipment. This trim’s active safety features include a blind spot monitor with a rear cross-traffic alert, a lane departure warning, and parking sensors.
